Combining both estimates together give you the total time from when you place your order to it arriving at your door. We aim for and often work to the minimum timeframes shown here, but please allow for the maximum timeframe to avoid disappointment.

Photo Upload products
Our Photo Upload products are designed-to-order and as such we need to allow time for our talented designers to transform your belover pet photos in one-of-a-kind works of art. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 days for our designers to work their magic and create your artwork for approval. Once you have approved your artwork, then the standard production and delivery times will begin.

Shipping Services and Costs
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options, with Express being the fastest. Shipping costs depend on the items in your basket. Since our products are made at multiple print houses, we combine shipping costs to keep charges as low as possible for you.
We also cap our shipping costs at a maximum of £9.95 for Standard and £14.95 for Express, no matter how many items you order. To get an accurate estimate for your specific order, just add your desired items to your basket, and your shipping options and costs will be displayed.
